Google Drive syncing with OneDrive

I was trying to setup an existing OneDrive account to sync with my Windows 10 laptop but somehow managed to get it syncing with my Google Drive account. I have tried turning off sync in my Google account but it keeps on syncing. My Google storage is now full and I am stumped.

Thank you for posting, and welcome to the Google Drive Community Support Forum.

Can you remove the One Drive folder from the backup & sync by clicking the Google Drive tray icon -> Preferences -> Uncheck "Sync with Google Drive?

Thanks very much for the response.

Unfortunately, I am not able to remove the OneDrive folder from the backup as I can't find it anywhere. All I can see are the files from the OneDrive folder in Home but no folders.

Would appreciate any further help you can give.
