Restore backup to an old date

Hi...i have accidentally clicked the backup instead of restore when migrating data to a new device. This has resulted in google drive backup to a recent status of my phone. How can i roll back to an old backup date in google drive

Unfortunately, it's not possible to recover an overwritten backup.

Thanks. I am looking for alternatives. Appreciated. Now i made it a point to have a backup on atleast two servers
