I can't find the button for expiration date settings. Please kindly advise

I'm trying to set an expiration date for someone I'm sharing a file with, but even though I follow the instructions on this site https://support.google.com/drive/answer/2494893?visit_id=637144869587771245-281715648&p=disable_download&hl=en&rd=1#disable, I couldn't find the button for expiration date setting.

Please kindly advise. Thank you.

Hi Juthatip Pakjamsai, if I get this straight you wanting to only share a document for a certain number of days/hours/minute? If so, that feature is not available for a personal Google Account. If you believe that help article does mention that fact, may you please quote that section for me? The section on limited time is for G Suite (so either education or business or etc): hence the title says "More options with Google Accounts through work or school"

That article is about how to turn off sharing, how to change permissions on a file so change a user from editing to only viewing the file, that sort of thing.

So to stop sharing a file is this:
Stop sharing a file
If you share a file with people, the owner or anyone with edit access can change the sharing settings for the file.
  1. Open the homescreen for Google DriveGoogle DocsGoogle Sheets, or Google Slides.
  2. Select a file or folder.
  3. Click Share or Share .
  4. At the bottom right of the "Share with others" window, click Advanced.
  5. Next to the person you want to stop sharing with, click Delete .
  6. Click Save changes.
When you turn off a link to a file, the only people who can still see the file will be you and people whose names or email addresses you share with.
  1. Open the homescreen for Google DriveGoogle DocsGoogle Sheets, or Google Slides.
  2. Open or select a file.
  3. Click Share or Share .
  4. Next to "Anyone with the link," click the Down arrow .
  5. Click More.
  6. Click the circle next to "Off - Specific people."
  7. Click Save.
  8. Click Done.
If you are in a G Suite account, please let me know that. G Suite accounts do not end with @gmail.com.
