Possibility of too many people downloading the same file at close amount of time.
However I didnt can do that, because Google Drive says, that I cant download the file, because of:
"The file exceeds the download quota, so it cannot be downloaded at the moment."
Which is translated from "
Tämä tiedosto ylittää latauskiintiön, joten sitä ei voi ladata tällä hetkellä" From Screenshot.
I have feeling that this is being caused, because many people have tried to download this file today. The video which were released today has over 40k views and im sure, that this file has been downloaded over 200 times today.
So my question is: How long time does this user limit last and is it even possible to download the file anymore?

Where you will get into trouble is Google Drive is not intended for sharing videos and/or files with a lot of people, youtube may be better suited for videos. Note that Google Drive has limits on download/views and when you share the link, if several users access it in a short period of time. Drive will block it for I believe a 24 hour period. This will keep happening with your video and file if too many users access it.
