Fill out a PDF form

To fill out a PDF form, open the PDF in Google Chrome or another PDF editor, like Adobe Acrobat or Preview on macOS.

Upload a PDF form to Google Drive

To create and upload a PDF form to Google Drive, you can use a program like Adobe Acrobat, Jotform, or PDFescape.

Note: You may not be able to fill out all PDF forms, including XFA forms and documents manually formatted to look like a form.
