To enhance your productivity and save you time, Gemini in Drive helps you learn from and interact with your files in new ways. You can:

• Perform complex research & discuss topics synthesized from multiple files
• Share your research sources with others using Drive projects
• Quickly search & retrieve files using AI Overviews
• Create Content, Images & Audio Overviews with Gemini in Drive
• Summarize files and folders
• Use Gems with Gemini in Drive
• Organize files

Learn to navigate Gemini in Google Drive

1. Open the Google Drive app .
2. At the top right, tap Ask Gemini .
3. Select a suggested prompt or type your own question in the prompt box at the bottom.

Note: 

• A new full-screen Gemini experience will be available on your mobile device if you:

  • Have a Google AI Ultra or Pro personal account.

  • Are enrolled in Workspace Experiments.

  • Are part of the Alpha trusted tester program.

• In full-screen mode, you can:

  • Expand your Search settings. 

  • View your Conversation history.

  • Add Sources (such as Google Drive files or specific Gmail emails).

Give feedback on generated output

Google Workspace with Gemini is constantly learning and may not be able to support your request.

If you get a suggestion that’s inaccurate or that you feel is unsafe, you can submit feedback.

1. On your computer, at the bottom right of the generated text, click Good suggestion or Bad suggestion .
2. If you click Bad suggestion , you can select the issue you found and enter additional feedback.
3. Click Submit.
