Pause your G Suite subscription

When you pause your G Suite subscription, billing immediately stops. All data is retained, but users won't have access to services, documents or email. Collaborators outside your domain can still access shared documents and files.

Pausing your G Suite subscription does not affect your Google Domains service.

You can also cancel and delete your G Suite account, permanently deleting your users' mail, contacts, documents and other data.

  1. Sign in to Google Domains.
  2. Select the name of your domain.
  3. Open the menu Menu
  4. Click Email.
  5. Under Get a custom email address, click the Settings drop-down list and select Manage account.
  6. Click Suspend my account.
  7. In the dialogue box, confirm your subscription suspension.

Reactivate G Suite

If you reactivate your subscription, we will bill you for G Suite services from your last billing date to the date on which you paused service. You must pay this balance to reactivate your account.

  1. Sign in to Google Domains.
  2. Select the name of your domain.
  3. Open the menu Menu
  4. Click Email.
  5. Click Manage account.
  6. Follow the steps to reactivate your account.

The day you reactivate your subscription becomes your new monthly billing date.
