Create a Squarespace site

1. On your computer, open Google Domains.
2. Sign in with the Google Account you used to buy your domain.
3. Click the domain name you want to manage.
4. Open the Menu .
5. Click Website Build website.
6. Under “Premium site,” click Continue.
7. Click Start with Squarespace.
8. Follow the directions on Squarespace to connect your domain.

Tip: Updates may take up to 48 hours to take effect. If the domain URL doesn’t load after 48 hours, contact the Squarespace online support.

Connect a Squarespace site to your domain

Use Google Domains with Squarespace to automatically connect your domain to a website.

1. Open Google Domains.
2. Sign in with the Google Account you used to buy your domain.
3. Click the domain name you want to manage.
4. Open the Menu .
5. Click Website Build website.
   • You won’t build a new site. This is to help you connect to the correct service.
6. Click See all partners.
7. Under “Squarespace,” click Continue Sign in to existing account.
8. Optional: If you created multiple sites or stores, select the one you want to connect to your domain.
9. Click Connect Domain.
10. After you’re asked if you want to connect your domain to the service, click Yes, connect.
