Is there a way to have a file (Doc or PDF) sent as an attachment with each response receipt? 0 Recommended Answers 2 Replies 3 Upvotes
Hoping to send out meeting agenda and access information to all who register for training events through a Google Form. We have used autocrat to send individualized certificates, but I am hoping for a different solution here since we do not need the attachment individualized, and we don't want a stored file for each respondent. Thanks in advance!

Hi Sara,
There are some Google Forms add-ons that you can find in Google Workspace Marketplace, which can help you do this.
FormPublisher - for every submission you can send an attachment
Document Studio - similar to autocrat
Mailrecipe - For simpler email notifications (no attachments)

Hi Sara Booker,
My suggestion is to take a look at FormMule which is developed by the same folks that make AutoCrat. This is basically the email only version of autoCrat. You can set up FormMule to send the same email to each of the recipients.
