Technical name for work I do ?

I work remotely for a friend. Their clients fill in Google Forms and I created ways using a outside source to automatically turn that info into filled in docs created for them to use  in their offices.
I also maintain them for any changes.

I would like to find more work like this but since I've never technically trained for this, I have no idea what the technical term is for what I do. Crazy I know ... but I did this to help out a friend and taught myself as I went. I enjoy working with and organizing data and could also use the extra cash since I'm a caregiver for my 91 yr old mother. 

So if you can stop laughing at me long enough .. can you please tell me what my job title is :-D
