I am able to share Keep note in general, but I cannot share with one particular user. Others can share with this account and I can share with others. We can send email, so it's not a question of a blocked contact. Why am I unable to add this specific user as a collaborator?

Does the person you're trying to share the notes with use a private domain, such as one associated with a business or school account? Also, is the person in your Gmail contact list?

No, it's not a school or business account. It's actually my mother. I set up her Google account myself and yes, she is in my contact list. My husband is able to add her as a collaborator in Keep, and I can add him. But I cannot add her. Keep appears to add her, but she never gets the note in her Keep. Then when I go back in to my Keep, her email address has disappeared from the note I attempted to share with her.

I am using a Samsung Note 10 phone with Android (unsure of Android version). She is using a Lenovo tablet also running Android - again unsure of version, but the device was purchased within the last few weeks so I'm sure it's a recent version of Android. The issue is occurring in the mobile Keep app, not being accessed through a browser, but in general we both use Chrome. I have verified that the Keep app is up to date on both devices.

Thanks for your reply. Could you please try adding your mother to the note on a desktop (computer) device in a browser and let me know how that goes?

You're not going to believe this. I sure didn't. When I tried to add her to a note from my computer, I saw the full email address as saved in my contacts, rather than just "Mom" as saved on my phone. There was an extra ".com" at the end of the email address, no doubt put there by me when I entered her into my contacts however long ago. No wonder it wouldn't route to her! Well, I feel silly now, but thanks so much for hour help.
