The antagonistic, illegally recreated document in question: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1Jw92nANvh5Tg5teBRf_1DHvXQEF8vXndoe9X_GjHiB4/edit

This content and the cross-website practices it represents were previously reported by me some time ago and deleted in accordance, and I have just now been informed that it has been recreated and is being "enforced" again, with absolutely nothing appearing to have improved. As last time, please actually read over both this report and the document itself, a bullying and doxxing manifesto that needs to be once again nuked as it has immediate ongoing effects on many impressionable users across multiple other websites.

The original report given against the previous version; it should still be an accurate description as of now:

This is a self-described "blacklist" not only encouraging others to ostracize individual peers within the community of a certain video/song creation genre, but openly and explicitly demanding them to do so, threatening to add others to the list for supporting the people it targets, which includes me specifically because I defended against attacks on another user whom was being targeted for supporting yet another targeted user, who was being mislabeled and actively demonized as a "pedophile" and ended up deleting his entire channel due to the dehumanizing attacks and active cutting-off of support through threats against other users as such. It is a product and manifestation of long-term, systematic, cross-website bullying, and I have been aggressively trying to get it rightfully deleted for MONTHS now, reporting it over and over again in the generic way readily provided by the interface, including doing so every day for the past week, and yet it is still there. I have furthermore been wordedly reporting it by the "Help docs improve" tool.

I have publicly posted about this matter several times before, the first two times a week apart each, and in both their cases the official answer said that they would "escalate" the case, after which they failed to follow up, going completely silent after giving that evidently false assurance. The third time, which happened earlier this very day, a stated Google employee called Manvi Chopra replied stating that the document had been reviewed and falsely claiming that it is not a violation, while locking the post from further replies such as correction of his insultingly erroneous statement as I would have promptly made. My subsequent postings have then started being removed without explanation as "violating" community standards, a mistake that needs to stop being repeated as of this post.

The document that I'm reporting, in its entirety, is a flagrant violation of numerous standards and a gross misuse of the Google docs platform altogether; it is expressly a bullying manifesto. If one has viewed it in any capacity and does not understand this, then they have not paid close enough attention nor understand the ramifications of its aggressive and cross-website campaigning to cut off public support from other users by peer-pressuring and threatening everyone else.

I will continue making these reports and posts until this monstrosity - one that targets me and dozens of other individuals - is rightfully deleted as required per the stated policies of Google and the duties of its employees. Please pay genuine attention here to this problem that has been actively plaguing my life and career, among many others', for months (upwards of a year now), and in others' cases indeed years, on end. Seriously.

The help forums are managed by volunteer product users, not Google employees. We don't have access to your data or account and can't remove unwanted documents that have been shared with you.

To report a violation: On a computer, go to drive.google.com. Right-click the file you want to report and click Report abuse. Choose the type of abuse found in the file.

You can read more about reporting abusive content in this article from the Google Help Center: Report a violation.

Please note that Google doesn't respond to users directly when a violation is reported. If a document is deemed to violate Google's terms of service, they will just silently remove it. Please also be aware that this can sometimes take a while, and they also may not see it as a violation (in which case, it would remain in place).

Jo, the "report" button on the docs page does nothing; for the previous iteration of the document I am reporting, I tried getting it taken down via that feature, which allows no worded elaboration whatsoever, DOZENS of times over without success until I pressed it publicly and wordedly here on the forum.

Please "escalate" this case.

Hi there,

I'll inquire, but we normally can't escalate individual cases like this. If the document hasn't been taken down after you've reported it, it means that Google doesn't view it as a violation of their terms of service. I realize this is very upsetting to you, but there's really not much else that can be done.

Let me be explicitly clear: I will continue pressing this, ad infinitum, until the document is deleted.
