Can I change the size of a singe slide?
1
I have an assignment I'm working on for my students. One of the slides needs to be of a different size and orientation (vertical) than the others, but I can't seem to change the size of just that one slide. It applies that change to ALL slides instead. Is there a way to change the size of just one slide in a presentation?

I'm looking for the same option.  I need to insert an 8.5 x 11 background into just one slide.  The others are find as whatever the default setting is.

Yes  you can change it just click file on the left side of your screen and scroll all the way down to the bottom of the list of things you can do, you should see option that say page set up "click it" and after that you click the drop down menu and you can custom how you want your page to be by just changing the numbers by you must "click" custom then give the size you want. That is only want to change all of them?
does that help?

As a freshman, I also suffered from this problem. My solution to this is to go on a new google slideshow. Then create your poster. Once your poster is done, take a screenshot of the poster. Finally, paste the screenshot on a regular slide on the google slideshow that you are using for your project. Change the background of the regular slide to white or black or whatever color. Now you have somewhat of a poster. The only bad news is that if you want to change something on the poster, you need to go back onto the slide, change what you want, take a screenshot again, and paste it onto the normal slides. Hope you didn't get confused by what I said and I hope this helps.
