Hello everyone,
To try and help determine what is happening with the audio files once a video file has been used, would you please provide the following information?
- which browser is being used and its version
- if an app is being used, which device is being used and the apps version
- what are the sharing settings for the file
- what format is the file in (mp3, mov, webm, etc)
- which type of account is being used to share the file (personal, edu, organization, etc)
- which type of account is being used to
- what error message is received when the file is not accessible
- anything else that may help us solve the problem
- Cleared cache
- restarted browser
- tried using an incognito/private window
Hopefully this will help us to figure out a solution!

I am using Google Slides and I have the same problem when the document is being presented: in certain slides ( 10 and +) the audio cut off suddenly. My info:
1. Browser: Chrome Rel. 81.0.4044.138
2. -- Laptop with Windows 10
3. The file is being published not shared.
3. The file is being published not shared.
4. mp3
5. Google for Education account for teacher
6. User account for students
7. No error
8.
- The problem occurs when I am presenting the slides and also when the student is watching the embedded presentation in his web LMS.
- The problem doesn't happen if you pass first the slides and return again.
- I have tested using the "on-click for start audio" playing option and in this case it plays fine without the interruption.
Thanks in advance for your help

On the other hand, I have just discovered that the show works fine on my Android phone. No audio stoppage! And I can cast the show to my smartTV and watch and listen to it there.
