Keep suddenly slow in Chrome browser and tab "not responding" on Windows
Been using Keep for a few years without an issue and now it's having a really tough time specifically for my Keep account specifically on Chrome on my computer. It is now so slow that it won't scroll and will sometimes freeze the entire computer, saying that that particular tab is "not responding." When I can manage to update a note, the updating arrow takes a very long time. I have about 200 notes, about 180 of them are archived and about 10 of them have images. Whatever is causing this problem is specific to the combination of Chrome, my computer, and my Google account in Keep.
What I would like to do:
-use Keep through Google Chrome on my Windows laptop when signed in as my main Google account
What works:
-using my account on Microsoft Edge on my computer
-using my account on Chrome on a different computer
-using any other account on Chrome on my computer
-using the Android app on my phone, connected to my Google account
What doesn't work:
-clearing out the browser history, cookies and cache
-disabling all Chrome extensions
-uninstalling all Chrome extensions
-uninstalling Google Backup and Sync
-archiving a bunch of notes, leaving only about a dozen ready to see
-reinstalling Chrome
-using my Keep account in incognito mode on my computer
-using Chrome Canary (but Keep on Chrome Canary works on my computer if it's not my account)
-restarting a million times
