Google doc comments only appearing on phone app, not syncing to main doc

If anyone could give me some feedback on this, I'd greatly appreciate it.

Hi,

On your computer, open the document and go to View > Comments > Show all comments.

Do you see them now?

No, unfortunately. I'm still not seeing the ones added on my phone, and my suggestions are greyed out.

James, when you first reconnected to the internet when you got off the plane, did you do so via your phone or your computer?

No, I reconnected on my phone. I didn't have my computer.

Hi, James,

It might take some time for the app on your phone to sync with your computer. In terms of the comments, did you press the blue Comment button below each comment after you wrote it? If you didn't, the comment wouldn't be uploaded to the document and saved, which means the comments would be lost when you reconnected to the internet.

I mean, it's been several weeks at this point since this problem occurred, so if it was a sync time issue, that would be kind of insane. As for the blue comment button, I did hit that after every comment. Again, they still appear on my phone, but not my computer.
