How can I fix a image's quality from being blurry to being clear?

Hi, Dustin,
There isn't any way to do adjust picture quality in Docs at this time. It's possible the size of your image is what is causing a problem. You could try making the image smaller in an image-editing app and then re-uploading it to your document.
