Welcome to the Google Docs Editors help community.
"not able to find developer tab in google sheets"
There is no such tab in Google Sheets.
Clicking on a cell will show its contents, so too will expanding the formula bar.
If you want a developer tab then you need to try using Excel by Microsoft.
