Inserting Bullet Points or a list within a cell in sheets

I can't use the "enter" button to start a second line within a cell, it just goes to the next cell below and "tab" takes me to the cell beside it... How on earth do I create a list or insert either bullets or a set of numbers within a cell? See below:

1. 10am Start

2. FULL UNIT ACCESS

3. Sounding Alarms

Hi Alison:

instad of using ENTER to go to the line below in the sam cell use CTRL ENTER rather than ENTER
