Can I pin a line of text so it will always be at the top of a page?

I'm trying to create a meeting notes log for regularly scheduled upcoming meetings. My issue comes in that I'm setting up the structure now, but notes for each meeting will be added later. When these notes are added, they will likely go onto additional pages and I just want to know if I can pin the title for each meeting note so that it will always be at the top of a page and not somewhere in the middle of another page.

I've linked below to a sample to show what I'm talking about. I'd like to pin the part that says "Quality Committee Meeting" to the top of whatever page it appears on. Please see the second page and how the title gets pushed into the middle instead of starting on the top of a new page.

Hi Kelley,
Add the phrase [Quality Committee Meeting] to the header of the first page, at the end of the first page add page brack, click the header on the second page and uncheck the to previous option
this is an example

Hi Kelley,
I can't access the file, please share the file using Anyone with this link as viewer
Anyway, we can add the part that appears on each page by adding the text to the header of the page.
Hopelfully, that is helpful

Sorry, here is the link you can hopefully use:

The issue with it being a header is that It won't need to be on every page. If one meeting takes up 3 pages for example, I'd only want the title on the top of the 1st page. I'm hoping to be able to just make sure each new meeting note starts on a fresh page.

Hi, Kelley and Cuneiform Script,

Cuneiform Script's answer is almost correct. Instead of selecting "Page break," choose Section break (next page).

Do not enter anything in the header until after you UN-check the box for "link to previous" on the page where you want the header to be discontinued.

Only after you do both of these steps should you enter the header you need.

Does that fully answer your question?
