How to create Google forms with payment link after payment done the form

Hi Ankur,
Unfortunately, Google forms can't accept any payments. To accept card payments or online banking, payment gateway services may needed compliant with hosting provider. In shorts, even though Google Forms allow you to generate free forms for your respondents, it doesn’t let their users to collect payments.
Perhaps, you may want to put your links to your Paypal account at the end of your quizzes or forms. You may do so by:

- Click setting icon, at the top right of your screen, left side of the send button.
- From the 3 menus, choose presentation.
- Put messages or links to your Paypal account in the confirmation message section.
