Hi, Shannon,

It sounds like you might have accidentally compacted your toolbar. Please press Ctrl + Shift + F to restore it, or press the downward-facing arrow in the top right of the action bar.

If that doesn't fix it, or if you can't see the arrows, please try pressing Ctrl + Shift + F twice. If that still doesn't do the trick, please try pressing Fn + Escape.

Does that resolve it for you?

I tried everything too Andrew Ni. THEN I PUT MY CURSER IN THE SLIDE (text box) AND CLICKED, AND IT APPEARED!

Nothing works. I have Mac and have tried all the suggestions. There is is no downward facing arrow to click anywhere on the page, none of the combination of keys works either....Any help?
