Thanks for that information, Naomi. At this point, I would recommend doing a Chrome browser reset. This will restore the browser to default settings. It will also empty your Trash and Downloads folders, so make sure it there isn't anything in either place that you want to keep. It will also disable all your extensions (it won't remove them or delete any of your bookmarks, passwords, or data). You can then re-enable your extensions one at a time to see if any of them were the cause of this problem. It might be necessary to do this if apps or extensions you installed changed your settings without your knowledge or weren't updated to keep pace with the latest Chrome update.
- On your Chromebook, go to any web page.
- At the top right, click the three vertical dots
- At the bottom, click "Advanced" to show advanced settings.
- Under the section "Reset settings,” click Reset settings.
- In the box that appears, click Reset.
Please let me know if that resolves it for you.

Thanks, Naomi. Please answer the following questions:
- Which operating system (version name/number) are you using?
- Which device are you using?
- Which browser (and browser version number) are you using?
- When did this issue start? Has printing letter size documents worked previously?
- Is this happening with all your documents or just this one?
- What are the margins you have set for the document?

What are your language settings? If you are seeing A4 etc. it sounds as if you have something other than US set.

-Language is set to English (United States) on both my Chromebook settings and in the documents.
-I'm using Google Chrome OS 64-bit
-HP Chromebook, model 15-de0015nr
-browser is Chrome 89
-Printing letter size docs has worked previously. This has been a problem for a couple of weeks, maybe a month.
-This is happening with all of my docs.
-When I log into google docs on my husband's computer, it prints fine.
-Margins are: Top 0.5, Bottom 0.5, Left 0.7, Right 0.7
-In a different doc, margins are: 1 all around
Thanks for your help!
