Use improved filters for merged cells in Google SheetsFor ranges with vertical merges, you can create a filter and select various filter types, such as:

- Sort by values or color
You can now insert preset dropdown chips set up for common use cases like priority or review statuses. When you insert a preset dropdown, use the data validation sidebar to easily adjust the options or add styles.
You can scroll to a specific part of a row or column and stop anywhere within the spreadsheet. It works when you use scrollbars, instead of a mouse or trackpad, and in all Sheets features like:
- Frozen rows
- Hidden columns
- Charts
- Buttons
- Comments
- Right-to-left layouts

You can show context-aware Help Center content in Sheets for the 23 supported Sheets functions, like AVERAGE and XLOOKUP. When you create a formula that can query BigQuery, the formula shows descriptions for Connected Sheets functions. Otherwise, the formula shows descriptions of native Sheets functions.
You can copy charts from the Google Sheets app on all iOS devices and paste them externally as images or a duplicate chart in the same spreadsheet. You can also use text formats with the contextual toolbar in Sheets when a keyboard is attached to iOS tablets.
