Important: Connected Sheets replaced the traditional data connector. There is a new preview tab, but you cannot perform actions in the new tab. You can use extracts in Connected Sheets to create the same table view as in your previous workflow.
Beginning September 8, 2020, you can upgrade a sheet to a Connected Sheet if you use Google Sheets with a supported account. You can continue to view and refresh sheets but you cannot create new sheets.
After June 30, 2022, sheets that use the traditional data connector must be upgraded to a Connected Sheet.
Learn how to access, analyze, visualize, and share billions of rows of data from your spreadsheet with Connected Sheets, the new BigQuery data connector.
