Presenters can start a live Q&A session with an audience during a presentation with Google Slides. You can present questions at any time, and people can ask questions from any device.
Start a Q&A session
- Present from your iPhone or iPad to another screen.
- At the top right, tap Show Q&A
.
- To start a new session, tap Start new.
- To resume a recent session, tap Continue recent.
- To stop taking questions, tap the switch in the top right corner.
Show questions from the audience
Presenters can display audience questions during a presentation.
- At the top right, tap Show Q&A
.
- Tap a question you'd like to display.
- To change the question, tap a different question.
- To stop showing the question, tap the check mark next to the question.
Ask and vote on questions
Audience members can ask questions during a presentation:
- Visit the link shown at the top of the presentation. Example: goo.gl/slides/a1b
- Tap Ask a question… and type a question.
- Tap Submit.
Note: If you want to ask an anonymous question, check the box by "Ask anonymously."
Vote on questions
Audience members who are signed in can vote on the questions they would like answered.
- Go to the link at the top of the presentation. Example: goo.gl/slides/a1b.
- Below the question you'd like to vote on, tap Up vote
