Make a chart or graph

  1. On your iPhone or iPad, open a spreadsheet in the Google Sheets app.
  2. Select the cells that you want to include in your chart.
  3. Tap Insert Add and then Chart.
  4. Optional: To choose a different chart, tap Type. Then, choose an option.
  5. When you’re done, tap Done Done.
Change the chart type
  1. On your iPhone or iPad, open a spreadsheet in the Google Sheets app.
  2. Double-tap the chart that you want to edit.
  3. Tap Edit chart and then Type.
  4. Tap the chart type that you want.
  5. Tap Done Done.

Change the legend, title and colour
  1. On your iPhone or iPad, open a spreadsheet in the Google Sheets app.
  2. Double-tap the chart that you want to edit.
  3. Tap Edit chart.
  4. Choose from:
    • Type: Change the chart type.
    • Legend: Change the legend location.
    • Titles: Change the chart and axis titles.
    • Colour: Change the colours of the series (the lines, bars, dots or slices).
  5. When you’re done, tap Done Done.

Move or resize a chart

  1. On your iPhone or iPad, open a spreadsheet in the Google Sheets app.
  2. Tap the chart you want to move.
  3. Drag it to its new location.
  4. When you’re done, tap Done Done.
Resize a chart
  1. On your iPhone or iPad, open a spreadsheet in the Google Sheets app.
  2. Tap the chart that you want to resize.
  3. Use the blue markers to resize the chart.
  4. When you’re done, tap Done Done.
