Set default styles for scenes & objects in Google Vids

You can set default colors and fonts for newly inserted scene backgrounds, shapes, and text boxes in Google Vids.

1. On your computer, open Google Vids.
2. Open the video where you want to set defaults.
3. On the toolbar, click Customize styles .
4. At the bottom right of the “Styles” panel, click New objects and scenes.
5. Set your defaults for scenes and objects:
   • Scenes: Select a background color.
   • Text: Under “Title,” “Subtitle,” or “Body text,” select a font, text size, and color.
   • Shapes: For “Line,” “Fill,” and “Border,” select a color.
