You can see responses to your form in 4 ways:

View responses by question
  1. Open a form in Google Forms.
  2. At the top of the form, click Responses.
  3. Click Summary.
View responses by person

See answers by person or, if you allowed people to submit the form more than once, by submission.

  1. Open a form in Google Forms.
  2. At the top of the form, click Responses.
  3. Click Individual.
  4. To move between responses, click Previous Previous or Next Next.

Manage responses

Stop collecting responses
  1. Open a form in Google Forms.

Record the email addresses from people who fill out your form. When someone takes your survey, they will be required to enter their email address before they submit the form.

If you use a Google account through work or school, respondents will see a message at the top explaining that their username will be collected automatically.

  1. Open a form in Google Forms.
  2. In the top right, click Settings Settings.
  3. Check the box next to "Collect email address."
Copy and paste charts from Google Forms

If your form creates charts in your "Responses" section, you can copy and paste them into other files.

  1. Open a form in Google Forms.
  2. Click Responses.
  3. At the top right of a chart, click Copy Copy.
  4. Paste the chart wherever you would like.
