California committees that are required by California Government Code § 84504.6 (2018) to provide express notification to online platforms before purchasing "online platform disclosed advertisements" related to either California candidates for elected office or California ballot measures must (1) expressly notify Google and submit additional information about themselves for our Political Advertising Transparency Report and in-ad disclosures via the "Why this ad" icon, and (2) verify their account. Important! Before completing this form, please be sure that you have also successfully verified your account via this process.

By submitting this form, we will consider all current and future active ads in your account to be in scope of this policy, and may include them in our transparency report and add "Paid for by" disclosures via the "Why this ad" icon.  Please note that after completing this form, you may not have access to certain ad formats.

If your account has already successfully completed this form, submitting the form again will fully replace your previously submitted information as it appears in ad disclosures and the transparency report. Updates to your disclosure name will appear in your ads within 5 business days.
