Total active deals Shows your total running deals. Split by deals that are actively spending and deals that are not spending over the selected date range.
Deals needing attention Flags deals that have issues preventing them from spending.
No bid requests:The deal is receiving 0 bid opportunities. Notify the SSP or publisher to ensure the deal is active on their end.
Not shared:The deal is not shared with any linked partner accounts. Share the deals with the linked partners.
Not targeted by line items:The deal has no active line items attached to it. Nudge traders to target these deals or include them in preferred deal groups for automatic inclusion. Central partner deals will also be featured in the Display & Video 360 Marketplace of linked partner accounts.
Deal targeting breakdown

Shows the distribution of how your deals are being targeted based on values like "Deal", "Deal group", "Preferred deal group", "Public inventory".

Deal: The deal was specifically selected and targeted within a line item.

Deal group: The deal is part of a standard deal group that was specifically targeted within a line item.

Preferred deal group: The deal is part of a preferred deal group that was targeted within a line item.

Public inventory: The deal was automatically included because the line item targeted public inventory, and this deal belongs to a preferred deal group

Helps you understand which activation strategies work best across your organization. A high percentage of deals targeted via "Public inventory" suggests your central partner deals are not being actively discovered or chosen by traders.

Tip:

Downloadable deal lists: All of the summary cards on this page are interactive. If you want to take action on your inventory, simply click directly on any of the metrics—such as "Not spending", "No bid requests", or a specific targeting type like "Targeted by Deal". Clicking the visual will automatically download a CSV file containing the exact list of deals that fall into that status, allowing you to easily route them to your traders or SSPs for troubleshooting.

How to use this data

Performance summary Displays the top-level counts for bid requests, bid responses, impressions, and media cost (spend).
Shared partner adoption Shows the percentage of linked partners that have access to this deal, and breaks those partners down into two buckets: those who are targeting the deal in a line item, and those who are not targeting the deal. Sharing a deal is only the first step. You must ensure that partners with access are also actively targeting it. Use this data to identify which partners you need to follow up with to encourage adoption. Central partner deals will also be featured in the Display & Video 360 Marketplace of linked partner accounts and planners/traders should be encouraged to prioritize these deals.
Line items targeting the deal by partner Shows the total count of line items targeting the deal, distributed across your individual partner accounts. The more line items a deal is targeted in, the higher its likelihood of serving.
Spend by partner Shows the total money spent on this deal, split by the individual partner accounts driving that spend.

Deal details: Insights tab

The "Insights" tab provides a visual trend chart to help you troubleshoot performance drops over time.

Chart / Diagnostic Metric Definition

How to use this data

Bid performance trends Displays a trendline chart comparing the total volume of bid requests (bars) against your bid rate and win rate (lines).

Absolute numbers (like total bid responses) can be hard to judge in isolation. By evaluating the rates over time, you can diagnose exactly where a deal is failing:

  • Drop in bid requests: Flags an issue on the publisher side. Reach out to the SSP.
  • Drop in bid rate (without a drop in requests): Suggests that a change in your line item targeting criteria or creatives is rendering a higher share of the bid requests unsuitable.
  • Drop in win rate: Usually points to low bids or increased auction pressure on the inventory causing you to lose the auction.
