DFP alerts provide notification of important events from the DFP user interface. Click the bell icon () in the top-right screen of the user interface to open a window where DFP lists important events. When the bell is active, you'll see a number signifying how many important, unread events there are ().
Among other events, DFP alerts you when line items:
- Need creatives (starting in less than three days or started but doesn't have a creative). Learn how to add creatives to line items
- Aren't meeting their delivery goal (either the progress indicator shows <50% or the line item hasn't delivered any impressions one or more days into its campaign). Learn more about line item delivery
- Have creatives that have been disabled because malware was detected. Learn more about malware and how to avoid it
To mark an alert as read, click the small "x" on the alert, which appears when you float over a given alert.
