Use saved filters to identify line items that need attention

You can use saved filters functionality to quickly find line items that need your attention.

Below are some suggestions for saved filters that can help you quickly identify line items that might not be serving as expected.

  • Create a saved filter that combines "Start time" and "Status" to identify line items that should be currently delivering, but are not. That is, "Start time" is in the past but "Status" is anything other than "Delivering."
  • Create a saved filter that combines "Status" = "Delivering" and "Not delivered yesterday" to identify line items that were delivering, but have recently stopped.
  • Create a saved filter that combines "Progress" = "at risk for underdelivery" and "End time" is in next N days to identify line items that are likely to end in an underdelivery state if you don't take action.
  • Create a saved filter that identifies line items that are "Expected to underdeliver." These are line items that are forecasted to not meet their delivery goals. These line items might have had their inventory taken by other line items that are overbooked.
