Targeting for DFP Mobile In-app

With DFP, you can use all the existing targeting available to web display solutions, plus mobile-specific targeting elements such as:

  • Mobile OS targeting, including OS version.
  • Device targeting, including make, model, and sub-model of the device.
  • Geo-targeting for:
    • Carrier-level traffic
    • Wi-fi traffic at the country, region, metro area (DMA), city, and postal code (US/CA only) levels.
    • Cellular traffic at the country, region, metro area (DMA), and city levels. When augmented by GPS coordinates, you can also get geo-targeting by postal code (US/Canada only).
      • Adhere to your organization’s privacy policy when obtaining GPS data.
