Export line item data to a spreadsheet

You can export data about line items to a spreadsheet in XLSX or XLS format. The data can either be for the line items in a particular order, or for a filtered list of line items. Note that selecting line items in a table does not limit the line items that will be exported.

Don't export too many line items at one time
This feature is designed to export a single order or a small filtered list of line items. Attempts to export data for a large number of line items or for all of the line items in your network are likely to take a long time or be canceled. If you need to export large amounts of data, use the DoubleClick for Publishers API.

How to export line items

Export an order's line items

  1. Sign in to DoubleClick for Publishers.
  2. Click Delivery and then Orders.
  3. Use filters to find your order.
  4. Click Export order and then .xlsx (Excel 2007+) or .xls (Excel 2003).

Export a filtered list of line items

  1. Sign in to DoubleClick for Publishers.
  2. Click Delivery and then Line items.
  3. Use filters to find the line items you want to export.
  4. Click Export line items and then .xlsx (Excel 2007+) or .xls (Excel 2003).
