Bulk upload creatives

DFP also accepts zip files containing up to 50 files.
Prepare text or HTML files for bulk upload
For third-party and DoubleClick tag imports, you'll need to use text (.txt) files or HTML (.html) files. Be sure to ask your advertiser to send you text or HTML files that have been formatted appropriately.
- Recognized third parties: DFP recognizes text files from MediaMind, Facilitate, Ensemble, and Atlas. One text file can be used to create multiple creatives.
- DoubleClick tags: Ask your DCM advertiser to export tags as a text file and to include internal redirect among the tag types.
- Unrecognized third parties: For other third parties, provide one text or HMTL file for each creative.
Bulk upload creatives
To bulk upload creatives:
Sign in to DoubleClick for Publishers.
Click Delivery Creatives.
Click Add creatives.
Begin typing to search for the advertiser whose creative you're adding. Each creative is associated with one advertiser.
When you've found the right advertiser, click Continue.
Drag and drop image, text, HTML, and zip files from your computer to DFP. You can also click Upload new files to browse and select files from your computer. To select more than one file on your computer, hold the Shift key down while clicking them.Limits
You can add up to 50 creative files at once, including individual files and files contained within zip files. Files whose types are not recognized are not counted toward the limit.
Additionally, each zip file can contain no more than 50 files, including unrecognized file types. Zip files can, however, contain other zip files.
For example, you could select 40 JPG files and a zip file containing 10 WAV files. The upload would succeed because no limits are exceeded.
However, if you select a zip file with 40 TXT files and 20 WAV files, the upload doesn't work because the zip file exceeds its 50-file limit.
DFP will automatically set the creative type. For example, if you upload a JPG file, DFP will set the creative type to image. If you upload a TXT file, DFP will set the creative type to third-party, unless it recognizes DoubleClick tags, in which case it will create DoubleClick tag creatives.
Review the contents of the Code snippet box, if applicable.
Select the Target ad unit size for each creative you upload.
Insert macros: Click the appropriate creative, click Settings, and click Insert macros.
If DFP doesn't recognize the vendor of the creative, click Manually insert macros and follow the on-screen instructions.
