CPD line items and revenue reporting

If "Saved reports" appears at the top of the left navigation panel after you click the "Reports" tab, then reports for a cost-per-day (CPD) line item do not show revenue. CPD pricing is for time-based campaigns that generate a fixed revenue, regardless of impressions served.

Reports for cost-per-thousand-impressions (CPM) line items show revenue numbers because the revenue for those campaigns correlates to impressions served.
