Uninstall the app from your device

To uninstall the app from your device and restore your device settings, follow the instructions for the device that you have enrolled in the study. When you uninstall the app, the data collection stops, but may not remove the device from the Device Usage Study list of devices. To remove the device from your list:

• Go to the Device Usage Study portal.
• Sign in to your account.
• In the “Devices” tab, remove your device.

Uninstall ResearchMeter on iOS

1. Delete apps on your iPhone or iPad.
2. To remove the VPN certificate:
   1. On your iPhone or iPad, go to Settings.
   2. Tap General VPN & Device Management ResearchMeter.
   3. Tap Remove Profile.
   4. Enter your passcode.
   5. When prompted, tap Remove.
