If you are having issues opening a website or an app on iOS, and suspect the issue is due to the ResearchMeter VPN, please report the issue using ResearchMeter’s “Fix My VPN” functionality. To do so:
- Open ResearchMeter from your home screen
- In the Having VPN issues section, tap Report issue
- Select either “App” or “Website”, and enter the app or website that is causing issues
- Select the option that best describes your issue
- Tap Submit
Additionally, please contact our support team to notify them of the issue. For Android related issues, please contact our support team directly. Please expect a response within 3 business days of reporting the issue.
If you would like to temporarily use your device without data collection from the VPN, please follow the instructions provided in the pause data collection section.
