You can leave the study at any time. Data collection will stop immediately, and you'll stop collecting rewards. Afterwards, you'll have 30 days to use any remaining points, after which we'll automatically issue you a gift card for any remaining point value. To leave the study:
- Visit the portal.
- Select Leave Device Usage Study.
End a minor’s participation in the study
An adult who has provided parental or guardian consent for a minor to participate in the Device Usage Study, can revoke that consent and end the minor’s participation in the study. To request that a minor be removed from the study, contact our support team.
