To earn the sign-up bonus points, create an account and agree to the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. After you set up at least one of your devices, you can start earning rewards.
Note: It may take up to 48 hours after you enroll your device for your points to be available for redemption.
Convert points to dollars
You can earn reward points in the Device Usage Study. You can use your points to redeem gift cards for $1 USD per 100 points. Additional terms may apply.
Earn points
When you enroll your devices in the study, you can earn up to 600 points every week.
Check your points balance
To check your points balance, go to your portal. If you didn't earn the rewards you expected, check the status of your devices. If you have questions, contact our support team.
Redeem points
You can start redeeming points for gift cards once you've successfully enrolled at least one device and 48 hours have passed. This allows us to verify your device's active participation.
You can exchange your points for electronic gift cards from a variety of popular merchants, such as Amazon.com, Walmart, Target, Starbucks, Best Buy, The Home Depot, and Chipotle among others. Remember, 100 points equal $1 USD in reward value.
Please note: if your balance reaches 5,000 points, they will be automatically redeemed for a $50 Amazon gift card, unless you select a different gift card beforehand. After any redemption, please allow 24–48 hours for the gift card to be delivered to your email. Additional terms from the merchants may apply
Tip: The Device Usage Study awards points every Tuesday based on the devices that are actively enrolled in the study. If you have fully enrolled at least one device, you can redeem the points for gift cards at any time.
