To earn the sign-up bonus points, create an account and agree to the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. After you set up at least one of your devices, you can start earning rewards. In some regions, to redeem rewards, you’ll need to complete the demographics survey.
Note: It may take up to 48 hours after you enroll your device for your points to be available for redemption.
Convert points to dollars
You can earn reward points in the Device Usage Study. Use your points to redeem gift cards:
- US: $1 per 100 points
- India: ₹100 per 100 points

Earn points
Enroll your devices in the study to earn points weekly. You can also receive occasional bonuses for long-term participation.
Check your points balance
To check your points balance, go to your portal. If you didn't earn the rewards you expected, check the status of your devices. If you have questions, contact our support team.
Redeem points
You can start redeeming points for gift cards once you've successfully enrolled at least one device and 48 hours have passed. This allows us to verify your device's active participation. For participants in India, you will also need to complete a short Demographics survey in order to redeem your rewards. This allows us to verify your device's active participation.

Once your balance reaches a limit, your points will be automatically redeemed for a gift card. You’ll receive a gift card from Amazon in the US and Flipcart in India, unless you select a different gift card beforehand. You’ll be notified through email before the redemption. The gift card will be delivered to your email within 24–48 hours. Additional terms from the merchants may apply.
Tip: The Device Usage Study awards points every Tuesday based on the devices that are actively enrolled in the study. If you have fully enrolled at least one device, you can redeem the points for gift cards at any time.
