How to appoint organizers

  1. To appoint a member to one of the leadership positions, find them in the ‘Members’ section of your Meetup.
  2. Click on the arrow icon beside their name. From there, choose ‘Manage member roles’.
  3. Select the role you would like them to have, click 'Submit'.


How many people can be on my group’s leadership team?

Unlimited! You can have as many co-organizers, assistant organizers, and event organizers as you’d like. 

Can co-organizers appoint other co-organizers? 

Yes, co-organizers also have the ability to manage member roles, which means they can appoint and remove members of your leadership team.
