GDPR settings in Data Studio
If you're subject to GDPR, you must complete all required fields within Data Studio > User Settings > Account & Privacy to comply with GDPR. Each user within a company that is subject to GDPR must complete the required GDPR fields within Data Studio.
In order to accept the Data Processing Amendment, Data Studio users must first indicate whether they are eligible to accept the terms.
Select 'Yes,' to accept the terms and provide company contact details as required under GDPR.
Select 'No,' to state that you are not subject to GDPR. If you select 'No,' no further action is required.
If you are entering into the Data Processing Amendment on behalf of your company, you must provide a company name. Once you've saved the name, it can't be modified.
If you are subject to GDPR, you are required to provide a primary contact within Data Studio. You can optionally provide contact details for an European Economic Area (EEA) Representative and / or Data Protection Officer. You can provide a single contact to fill all three roles or three distinct contacts.

Data Processing Amendment
You can enter into the Data Processing Amendment terms now via an opt in process by editing your User Settings. The updated terms will take effect on 25 May 2018, when the GDPR comes into force. Learn more about the Data Processing Amendment.
