Duplicate a page

Duplicating a page creates a copy of that page in the current report.

To copy a page from one report to another report, select all the components on the original page, then paste them into a page of the target report. This adds any data sources used in the original report to the target report. Page style or theme settings won't be copied from the original page.

Hide page in view mode

To prevent viewers from seeing a page in the report, you can hide it. You might want to do this if a page contains information you only want other editors to see. When you hide a page:

  • Report viewers can't navigate to that page.
  • Report editors can still see and edit that page.
  • That page won't appear in PDF downloads.
  • If you copy the report, that page is also copied but remains hidden.

To unhide a page, select that page again, then click More More options.> Unhide.

Remove a page

Removing a page deletes it from the report.

If you remove a page by mistake, you can undo this using Edit > Undo or Ctrl + Z/Cmd + Z.
If undo doesn't work (because you've reloaded the report or signed out and back into Data Studio, you can use version history to restore a previous version of the report that contains the deleted page.
