What's a Google Account, and what happens when I update my DoubleClick username and password to one?
A Google Account operates as a single Google sign-in, made up of an email address and password of your choosing. It gives you access to various Google products, including AdWords, AdSense, Google Analytics, and much more. If you've used any of these products before, you already have a Google Account.
We're asking you to add your DoubleClick product to a Google Account for business. Once you update to a Google Account, you'll sign in to your DoubleClick product with the email address and password from your Google Account. This will allow you to access all your DoubleClick and Google products for business with a single sign-in. More benefits.
Did you know that a Google Account doesn't need to be a Gmail Account? In fact, we encourage you to update to a Google Account that uses your work email address (firstname.lastname@example.org). If you don't have a Google Account that uses this address, we recommend you create one. Please avoid using a personal Gmail Account or creating a Gmail Account for business use.
