View your business information

Comparison Shopping Service (CSS) Centre allows you to view your homepage URL, search URL and other relevant business information associated with your account in the 'Your business' dashboard.

Instructions

1. Sign in to your CSS Centre account and navigate to the CSS domain for which you want to view.
2. Click Your business under Administration. Here, you can find two primary functionalities as described below:
   1. Links to your business
      • Allows you to view your homepage and search URLs on the business information page.
      • In order to change the URLs, you need to contact the support team.
      • Your homepage URL will be used to find pages on your site in the Product sites tab in Google
      • Your search URL should show a list of products matching the search query. Customers can visit this URL by clicking on the name of your CSS in Shopping ads.
   2. Your customer service
      • This allows you to view your contact information, as it will be displayed to merchants on their CSS dashboard:
        1. Customer service URL
        2. Customer service phone
        3. Customer service email

This information can currently be set on the primary MCA for the given CSS.
