Why this issue is happening

  • Offers on your product page don’t have the required parameters to match them with the submitted headline offer. This includes merchant name, title provided on the headline offer landing page, headline offer price, headline offer condition, and product variant relevant attributes.
  • Headline offer is displayed on the product page, but the link to proceed to its landing page isn’t functioning.
  • Offers shown on the top of your offers list, for instance in the top 3, don’t match with the submitted headline offer.
  • Offer that is highlighted on your CSS product page doesn’t match with the submitted headline offer.
  • You’ve submitted your CSS product page as a headline offer, but you don’t allow transactions on your CSS product page

You should’ve received an email asking you to update headline offers on your CSS product pages.
