(CSS) How to identify affected products and resubmit your product data

Step 1 of 2: View the affected products

  1. Sign in to your CSS Centre .
  2. Select CSS issues on the navigation menu.
  3. In the report, search for the issue you are working with now. Click View products.
  4. The tool will open the tab Product with issues where you can find the list of products which are affected by the selected issue.

Step 2 of 2: Fix the issue in your product data and resubmit it

  1. Check your product data for those products, and make sure that each product satisfies policy requirements of the CSS programme and the opportunity it participates
  2. Resubmit the updated product data using CSS API.
Note: It may take some time for your change to be reflected on the CSS issues page.
