How it works

1. Point your camera at an object and hold steady until the focus box appears. Tap the object to capture it.

2. Verify the description of the object inside the focus box. If the description is incorrect, use your local language to add the correct description using descriptive labels separated by commas or by pressing “enter/return” (e.g. latte, tulip, Corgi).

3. Submit your image to Google.

Note: Currently, Smart Camera can only provide a general description of some objects. Not all objects can be detected. Avoid photos of people, sensitive information, and copyrighted imagery.
