When you contribute images, videos and audio to Visual Moments, Google may use your media items to improve and develop Google products, services, and machine learning technology.
Full details of how we use your media items are included in the consent in the data collection flow.

Images/Videos taken in bathrooms, healthcare facilities, and other private areas: Imagery taken in or depicting any bathrooms, locker rooms, childcare facilities, wellness or health-related locations, or other locations where people who normally occupy or use them would be uncomfortable, or any location where photography is restricted or prohibited.
Sensitive identifiable information: Imagery containing information that reveals important or sensitive information about you (e.g. credit card number, social security, ID cards like passports or driver’s licenses).
Offensive or sexual content: Hateful, defamatory, or offensive imagery and imagery depicting nudity, pornography, or sexual acts.
Copyrighted content: media items containing imagery that you do not own (e.g. copyrighted photos or videos and audio from publications, movies, or websites) or other material restricted by law.
Images of other people: Any person who can be individually identified (visually or by other means).
